Eat Me

A short multi-media film. Timelapse photography is heavily rooted in our concept of reality and truth (Boman 2019). It shows us what the eye cannot see, by augmenting time. using animation and corrupting the digital file I wanted to explore that concept of ‘truth’. This short film forms part of my research regarding our obsession and immersion into the digital world.

We spend incredible amounts of time looking, staring, almost existing within a digital reality. How do we demystify the photographic realm, and wake up to its persuasive deception?
